We provide service for any bicycle in days and not weeks, regardless of where it was purchased.
eBike servicing: we service all UL-approved eBikes that have manufacturer-backed dealer support services. We no longer service any RAD or market dump brand eBike (often found on Amazon, TEMU and eBay).
